As part of the PDP-11 media, we found a few microfiche films with source code for Digital's MD11 DZAR diagnostic test program. I found a DuKane reader in a closet and cleaned up the optics, but the tiny font is really hard to read and the ground-glass screen just doesn't have very much resolution.

Next I tried using a 20mm lens mounted backwards to create a macro effect.

It almost works, although unfortunately there are significant scratches and my front-lit attempt had lots of reflection. Perhaps with a light table this can be doable.
